Intelligent RFID Locker Management for Modern Facilities

Faroy RFID Smart Locker Management provides centralized access, monitoring and operational control for locker rooms in recreation centers, sports facilities, gyms, swimming pools and other shared environments. The system combines RFID-enabled electronic locks, wired controllers, backup radio communication and management software to create a reliable and manageable locker-room infrastructure.

20-Port Controller Board

Each controller board can manage up to 20 electronic locker locks.

The controller connects to the facility’s wired network and maintains communication with the central system and connected devices.

NRF radio communication provides a backup communication channel during wired-network disruptions.

Fast, Contactless and Centrally Managed Access

RFID Locker Access

Each locker lock includes RFID access control for locking and unlocking the locker.

Users can access lockers using compatible RFID cards, wristbands or other supported credentials.

The system provides fast contactless access and supports configurable master cards for authorized personnel.

Centralized Operational Control

Central Management Service

A central TCP/IP service uses socket-based communication to connect the locker hardware with management applications and facility systems.

The dedicated management software provides a graphical overview of locker and lock status.

Graphical lock-status monitoring
Work-shift scheduling
Remote locker opening
Lock disabling and reactivation
Controller-board restart
Master-card enrollment
Operational supervision of connected lockers
Independent Offline Management Tool

Offline Handheld Management Device

The optional handheld device provides offline NRF radio communication with a range of up to 100 meters in open areas.

It can connect to a computer through USB to transfer locker data. The device includes a display and keypad, allowing authorized personnel to open lockers during emergency or offline situations.

Designed for Connected Facility Operations

The locker-management module can operate as part of the broader Faroy Recreation Management Platform.

This creates the foundation for connecting locker access with membership, facility entry, customer credentials and other recreation-management workflows.

These are integration capabilities or deployment configurations rather than a claim that every integration is already implemented.
